Install instructions

Mac users — first launch

Reign isn't Apple-notarized (no paid Apple Developer account), so macOS will quarantine it. One-time fix:

  1. Unzip Reign-…-macos.zip (double-click it) → you get Reign.app.
  2. Open Terminal (Cmd-Space, type "Terminal").
  3. Type this with a trailing space — don't press Enter yet:
    xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine
  4. Drag Reign.app from Finder into the Terminal window (it fills in the path automatically).
  5. Press Enter, then double-click Reign.app to play.

It's safe — this just clears the "downloaded from the internet" flag.
